How it works

From the first call to your answer

  1. 01

    Step 1: You reach out

Call, text or fill in the form on the home page. Tell me what you have, even if it's only a photo of a letter.

  2. 02

    Step 2: We talk

I listen first. Then I explain your options, what each one risks and whether I'm the right lawyer for it.

  3. 03

Step 3: You get a plan in writing

It names the steps, the papers you need to gather, the fee and what the government's filing fees add.

  4. 04

Step 4: We prepare it together

I fill in each form with you and read it back to you in your language before anything is signed.

  5. 05

Step 5: I file and keep watch

I send you a copy of what I filed. Then I track the case, prepare you for any interview or hearing, and tell you when something changes.

What to put in your folder

Bring what you have. A missing paper doesn't stop us from starting.

  • Identity

Your passport, or another ID from your country.

  • Anything you were sent

Letters, notices and receipts from immigration or the court. A photo is fine.

  • Past applications

Forms you filed before, even if they were denied, and who helped you.

  • Proof of family ties

Birth and marriage certificates, in any language.

Fees, written down before we start

You'll know the fee before you decide.

I quote my fee in writing before I start, and say what it covers. The government charges its own filing fees on top of it, and I list those separately so nothing surprises you later. If money is tight, tell me on the first call and we'll talk about what's possible.
